What is the RAM and how does it works?

Aaiye hum RAM ko or aasan words me samajhte hai. Example ke liye maan lijiye ki aap kisi office me baithe hai or aap ko kam karne ke liye ek file chahiye jo dusre room me rakhi hue hai. RAM bhi aapke CPU ya mobile par isi tarah se kam karti hai. Iske andar jo file wala dusra room hai, vo internal memory hai. Jab aap kisi apps ya game ko install karte hein to vo phone ki RAM me nhi balki phone ki internal memory (Read Only Memory) me install hota hai. Jab aap kisi app par ya game par click karte hein to vo app ya game aapki internal memory se nikalkar phone ki RAM me aa jata hai, or RAM kaam karne lagti hai. Isi beech RAM or CPU ke beech me jankari (information) ka aadan pradaan hota hai. Agar aapke device ki RAM kam he or aap usme zyada heavy app ya game run karte hai to device hang ho jata hai. SRAM :- SRAM ka Full Form “Static Random Access Memory” hota hai. Jisme “Static” yeh btata hai ki RAM me data fixed rehta hai. Or usey bar-bar refresh karne ki jarurat nhi padti hai. SRAM bhi Volatile Memory hoti hai isilye power On rehne tak isme data mojud rehta hai. Power Off hone par saara data automatic delete ho jata hai. Is memory ko “Cache” Memory ke roop me istemal kiya jata hai. 

DRAM :DRAM ka Full Form “Dynamic Random Access Memory” hota hai. Jisme “Dynamic” ka matlab hota hai movable means hamesha changed hote rehna. Isliye is RAM ko lagatar Refresh karna padta hai, tabhi isme data store kiya jaa sakta hai.

DDR3 RAM is memory ka ek acha example hai. 

CPU ki main memory ke liye DRAM ka hi istemal kiya jata hai. Kyoki isme se data ko Randomly Access kiya jaa sakta hai. Or isme naya data apne aap store hota rehta he jiski wajah se CPU ki speed fast bani rehti hai.

DRAM bhi Volatile hoti hai isliye isme DATA Power Supply On rehne tak hi store rehta hai. Aajkal Computers, Smartphones, Tablets jaise device me DRAM ka hi use kiya jata hai, kyunki yeh SRAM se sasti bhi hoti hai. 

To ab aap RAM ke baare me jaan gye honge ki RAM kya hai or kaise kaam karti hai. Or CPU ke liye kitni jaruri hoti hai. Chaliye baat karte hein ki kitni RAM ki zarurat multi-tasking or normal use ke liye chahiye hoti hai. Waise to 2GB, 3GB RAM normal use ke liye kafi hai, Par heavy use or multi-tasking ke liye  4GB, 6GB RAM zyada behtar option hai, kyunki RAM baad me badhai nhi jaa sakti he. Haan, ye baat alag hai ki CPU me RAM badhai ja sakti hai.
